Every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 and Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30 you can tune in to our Facebook Live Karate classes. Go to Facebook then to the YMCA GOJU KARATE page to view the live class for the day. You can even watch previously recorded classes if you miss the live broadcast.
